Pre-terminated trunk cable is composed of small size OM3/OM4 optical cable, and 12-core MPO/MTP connectors. This type of plug-and-play pre-terminated cable can be quickly installed to achieve high performance, high density fibre connectivity. Applications include infrastructure physical layer connection in data centre, LAN cabling backbone systems, and backbone connectivity in building and campus.

MPO or MTP connectors are terminated at both ends of ribbon or round cable while high quality MT ferrule connectors are utilized to ensure consistent low loss and reliability. This type of patch cord is used in data centre and other high density application scenarios. Each assembly is 100% factory terminated and tested; LSZH, OFNR and OFNP outer sheaths are available.
MTP to LC fan-out · 40G/100G breakout
Pre-terminated optical fiber patch cords are available in MTP-MTP and MTP-LC types. Each patch cord is 100% tested in the factory, has low insertion loss and complies with international standards and data center requirements. Each opening in the optical fiber harness is numbered for easy use and maintenance.
Modular ODF · MTP-LC cassettes · adapter panels
The UDF series high-density fiber optic patch panel, based on 8-core and 12-core pre-terminated backbone connections, adopts modular design as a whole, which can be configured with different capacities according to customers' actual needs. It can reach 144-core, 192-core and 432-core cabling density in 1U of space. The maximum configuration of the 1U patch panel is 144-core (DLC) or 72-port MPO.
Ultra-HD cassette system · 40G–400G ready
Suitable for IDA, MDA and other areas at the high-density data center. The specifications of 1U and 4U are available for pre-terminated cabling schemes. The maximum configuration of 1U products is 432-core (MDC) or 72-port (MPO/MTP). Based on normalized design, the same patch panel is compatible with MTP to MDC and MTP to DLC conversion modules.
Telescopic or fixed · G4 cassette ecosystem
The pre-terminated optical fiber cassette is used to convert MPO/MTP connectors terminated on trunk cables into LC duplex connectors for expanding the network of system equipment, panels or work areas. The modular structure used in data center applications provides greater manageability and flexibility. Multiple versions such as 12-core and 24-core are available, with plug-and-play design and factory pre-termination, 100% tested.
Standard-density · cassettes + adapter panels
According to the demand of structured cabling construction for buildings and campuses, YOFC introduces the iCONEC SDF rack-mounted fiber optic patch panel into which MTP plug-and-play modules can be integrated as needed. The high-density and modular design is economical and can reduce the number of patch panels to be installed, saving rack space. 1U/4U can accommodate 72/288 cores (LC adapter) or 216/864 cores (MTP adapter).
